To mainly support employee's engagement and site branding, we are looking for a Site Programs Coordinator:
**Your missions**:
- Develop and implement a communication strategy for the site
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas, newsletters, blogs, and storytelling in line with the company's values and strategies
- Write, edit, and coordinate distribution of information to the various stakeholders and employees
- Be able to promote employee's engagement through communication and branding
- Be part of strategic communication networks
- Promote best practices and successes of the site
- Develop, organize, and execute public relations events and the coordination VIP visits
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in communication strategy development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and English
- Content writing experience for all platforms
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail
