**Role level**: Internship
- We’re looking for a motivated and creative intern to support our internal communication efforts at our Biotech Development Center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital content creation, event support, and working closely with people of all backgrounds in a dynamic, fast-paced International environment.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Producing engaging content: photo and video shooting/editing, writing articles, press releases, announcements
- Supporting internal channels: updating SharePoint, intranet, digital screens, and other communication platforms
- Supporting the organization of Onboarding week and preparing newcomer announcements
- Assisting in designing visual management on site
- Contributing to the organization and promotion of internal events (e.g., Town Halls, site visits)
- Handling communication around social events onsite
- Assisting with hospitality: welcoming guests, supporting VIP visits, and event logistics
- Helping plan and coordinate team agendas, follow-up actions, and daily operations
- Bringing new ideas to improve communication tools, content, and formats

**Your profile**:

- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, Media, or any other related fields
- Comfortable with digital tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, or video editing software
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with a good sense of storytelling
- Well-organized, proactive, and flexible. Able to multitask and adapt quickly
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- A genuine interest in internal communication and employee engagement
- Fluent English communication is required for this position
