Location: Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland

We're looking for a motivated and creative intern to support our internal communication efforts at our Biotech Development Center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital content creation, event support, and working closely with people of all backgrounds in a dynamic, fast-paced International environment, including administrative tasks.

Your role: 

  • Producing engaging content: photo and video shooting/editing, writing articles, press releases, announcements 
  • Supporting internal channels: updating SharePoint, intranet, digital screens, and other communication platforms 
  • Coordinating the Onboarding week and preparing newcomer announcements 
  • Contributing to the organization and promotion of internal events and visits (e.g., Town Halls, site visits) 
  • Helping plan and coordinate visit and events agendas, follow-up actions, and logistics
  • Handling communication around social events onsite
  • Bringing new ideas to improve communication tools, content, and formats 
  • Assisting in designing visual management on site 

Your profile:  

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Marketing, Media, or any other related fields 
  • Comfortable with digital tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, or video editing software 
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with a good sense of storytelling 
  • Well-organized, proactive, and flexible. Able to managing multiple priorities 
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset 
  • A genuine interest in internal communication and employee engagement 
  • Language: Fluent English communication is required for this position and French
