- Legal real estate knowledge (leases, entrance inspection, exit inspection, insurance and claim handling)
- Excellent command of French and very good English.

**What you will do**
- Management of a pool of company flats and liaison with the owners and real estate agents
- Communication with corporate clients, tenants, as well as subcontractors and tradespeople
- Hotel and airport pick up booking
- Providing active administrative support in the management of furnished flats
- Providing departure services to expatriates employed by multinationals such as assistance with exit inspection, claim insurance, guarantee release
- Coordination and organisation of pre-exit inspections, property visits, move-ins and move-outs, cleaning, key management, etc.
- Independent processing of customer enquiries
- Assistance with invoice entry, control and accountancy
- Management and maintenance of data systems
