Innerhalb eines aufgestellten, hilfsbereiten und eingespielten Teams berätst du Bankkunden telefonisch (Inbound) zu unterschiedlichen Themen rund um den Einsatz von elektronischen Zahlungsmitteln, wie Debitkarten, TWINT, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay. Im Rahmen unseres Supports bieten wir dir flexible Arbeitsmöglichkeiten von Montag bis Sonntag (ohne Nachtdienst) mit attraktiven Fringe Benefits und guter Entlöhnung.

**Das sind deine Augaben**:

- 1st Level Support (inbound) für die Mobile Bezahl-Apps wie TWINT, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay (ohne Nachtdienst)
- Beratung/ Auskunft zu Transaktionen, Kartenprodukten und Dienstleistungen
- Unterstützung beim Einsatz von Zahlkarten an Geldautomaten
- Support für Maestro
- und Bankkarten (Ent-/Sperrungen, Ersatzkarten, Einstellungen etc.)

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Erfahrung im Bereich Call Center, Kundendialog oder Kundendienst in einer ähnlichen Funktion (Bankkarten, Finanzumfeld, Schichtbetrieb von Vorteil)
- Verhandlungssicher in den Sprachen Deutsch und Französisch - Italienisch und Englisch von Vorteil
- Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Zeitliche Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
