**HR Service Manager 80% - 100% (f/m/d)**

In this newly created role you will define, agree and develop the HR processes and be in charge that they are implemented and adhered to at all times.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- As an expert you wwn the employee experience in regards to HR Operations at all stages of the employee life cycle
- You develop and implement a set of global, regional and local standardized processes in coordination with the relevant country representatives
- With your experience you ensure an exceptional service level for HR Operations customers across regions
- You implement and maintain HR best practices and strategies and you enjoy at the same time working operationally
- You continuously update and implement employment policies and procedures

**What we are looking for**:

- You possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 6+ years of experience in a similar position
- You are experienced managing HR Operations or Shared Services within a global organization
- You enjoy working with HRIS systems and you are happy to take ownership as a Super Usere and train others
- You have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and you are able to communicate in German
- You are open minded and approachable which makes it easy for you to develop meaningful relationships with key people and teams across the organisation
