**Your mission**:

- Responsible for the applicant management system
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Execute the first-round interviews
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization (given HR group advise)
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Employer Branding
- Onboarding of new employees
- Supervising departments in regards of talent & organizational development

**Your profile**:

- Completed further training to become an HR specialist or a degree in business administration, psychology or similar
- Fluent in German & English
- Professional experience as HR Manager
- Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills, assertiveness
- Strategic way of thinking
- Solution oriented & agile
- Experience with employee management
