Tasks

We seek a dynamic, hands-on and detail oriented person with a focus on operational excellence in a challenging and consistently growing environment.
- Employee entrance and exit administration from A-Z
- Recruitment: post job adverts, schedule and conduct interviews in English and/or German
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees (Code of Conduct)
- Social insurance and public authority administration
- Compile and update general employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Monitor and compile all legal documents with regard to staff screening (debt statement, criminal record etc.)
- Monitor permits, and assist with extensions where required
- Ensure proper management of HR files
- Prepare statistics for Management
- Assist with the development and improvement of our HR policies and manual

**Requirements**:

- You have completed higher education or a specialized HR education followed by minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR
- Vast hands-on experience
- Excellent English and German communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficient in MS Office Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Highest level of integrity and business ethics
- Professional appearance, discreet and trustworthy
- Maintain a tactful and diplomatic attitude
- Flexible, reliable and precise
- Take initiative and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
