Our client offers individualized and exclusive private banking solutions for international Private Wealth Management clients and has a global presence with local expertise. For the Zurich based Finance Department we are recruiting the Head of Finance who is reponsible for Financial-, Managerial-, Regulatory - and Tax-Reporting. In this role you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer of the Private Bank in Zurich and manage five direct reports. **Your Responsibilities** - Responsible for financial accounting (month-end closures and annual reporting) - Monthly Group Reporting and adhoc requests - Regulatory reporting (SNB reports and Basel III) - Managerial accounting and reporting, and maintenance of the MIS (month end reporting to the Executive Committee, report trading and treasury results) - Responsible for the budget and forecast - In charge of Accounts Payable & Bookkeeping (Expenses and invoicing, Travel Claim, Payroll & Bonus bookkeeping, Cost Center management, management of balance sheet accrual and prepayments) - Maintenance of the internal control framework - Liaising with external auditors - Various project work **Your Profile** - University degree or equivalent, e.g. "dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer" - Working experience of at least 10 years in in the Finance area, in a banking environment with international operations, Knowledge of Swiss market - Very solid knowhow of accounting standards (RVB FINMA and IFRS) - Very good skills for regulatory reporting (SNB and Basel III) - Must be flexible and adaptable, able to deal with adversity and unexpected situations to succeed in a very dynamic and constantly changing environment - Demonstrated ability to work in and lead multi-cultural teams - Must take a pro-active approach and be a team player, fostering team building - Strong leadership skills, demonstrated experience in managing a department - Focus on internal clients with very strong communication skills (spoken and written), ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively on different levels **Our offer** - join an award-winning Private Bank - manage a highly skilled team who continously strives for excellence and exceed expectations - become part of an international organization with a link to Latin America - Offices located in the Center of Zurich - attractive compensation and benefits Uni oder Fachhochschule
