**DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS**:

- Aufsetzen von XML-Schnittstellenlösungen.
- Identifikation und Behebung von Systemfehlern.
- Priorisierung der Tickets anhand der internen Servicelevel und des Daily Business.
- Durchführung von Datenbankabfragen bei kundenspezifischen Anfragen.
- Zusammenarbeit und Priorisierung von Tickets in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklungs
- und Projektmanagement Teams.

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von PHP, Photoshop, mySQL und GitHub.
- sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
- Vorzugsweise bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion.
- offen für neue Herausforderungen.
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung & Proaktivität.
- Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise.
