**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du leitest und verantwortest alle Standorte der Region strategisch und operativ - dabei implementierst du die Marktwachstums
- und Rentabilitätsstrategie in deinen Standorten mit der vollen Unterstützung des Headquarters.
- Du trägst die gesamte Umsatz
- und Kostenverantwortung für deine Region.
- Du hast einen starken Fokus auf Wachstum, Kunden und Partnerschaften.
- Du führst ein leistungsstarkes Team - managest und förderst dieses.
- Du arbeitest datengesteuert, verfolgst und berichtest die betriebliche und finanzielle Leistung, um diese ständig zu verbessern.
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen den Locations und dem Headquarter und sorgst für schnelle Lösungen, Qualitätskontrolle und Prozessfeedback.
- Du treibst Ergebnisse voran und schaffst ein zuverlässiges und den Qualitätsstandards entsprechendes Kundenerlebnis, um die gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.
- Du repräsentierst memox nach außen und gehst als Vorbild voran.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Lehre oder Studium im Bereich Hotel, Gastronomie oder MICE und hast einige Jahre Berufs
- sowie Führungserfahrung.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Geschäftsprozessen und der Entwicklung von Strategien.
- Budgets, Forecasts und Revenue sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
- Du kennst den lokalen Markt, die Region und hast bereits Erfahrung in Sales.
- Dein unternehmerisches Denken verbindet sich mit Vertriebsstärke, Führungs
- und Networking-Kompetenz.
- Mitarbeiterführung und Motivation zählen zu deinen Stärken und du fungierst als Vorbild.
- Du glänzt als ausgezeichnete/r Gastgeber/in mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsmentalität.
- Mit deinen Kunden und Kundinnen kommunizierst du schriftlich und mündlich versiert in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du liebst die Hands-On Mentalität und packst mit an.
