As RSM (Regional Sales Manager) you will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets in your defined territory. In doing so, you will work closely with local distributors, as well as end customers, to develop a strong manufacturer-user relationship.

**What you bring with you**:

- Education in the field of energy or electrical engineering
- Multiple years of experience in the independent handling of a sales area
- Knowledge of our sales markets, around power generation and distribution, will be an advantage
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, French and German
- A working style characterized by a high degree of initiative, independence and perseverance
- Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally
