**JOB PURPOSE**

In the role of Regional Design Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for translating design strategies into compelling brand experiences. This includes defining and deploying brand activation guidelines, collaborating with agencies for effective execution, and driving visual design for regional innovations. You will also ensure brand coherence through strategic design principles and manage comprehensive design activities, while fostering design expertise within the team. This position requires a combination of design management and hands-on skills to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the translation of the megabrand design strategy for the region, leveraging consumer and customer insights to create remarkable brand experiences
- Define and deploy comprehensive brand activation guidelines
- Partner with agencies to ensure effective and remarkable in-market execution
- Lead visual design for regional innovations within an approved design system and architecture
- Create visual designs for key regional innovations and develop brand activation guidelines
- Define strategic guiding design principles and brand design architecture to ensure brand coherence and a seamless shopper journey
- Lead the creation of remarkable design elements, including visual, science, and shape expression, in alignment with the design strategy
- Coordinate and lead end-to-end design activities, including scope, brief, design review, budgets, and timing, while working directly with agencies to guide and influence project outcomes
- This role will require both design management (75%) and hands-on design skills (25%)

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Qualification in graphic design or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience or Master’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience
- Strong understanding of brand building and design strategy
- Proven track record in creating distinctive brand and consumer experiences
- Ability to manage holistic design across multiple touchpoints
- Focus on outcomes, team collaboration, and co-creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite
