**Your responsibilities**:
As part of the business development team, you will take ownership on:

- The lead acquisition and nurturing processes.
- The creation and sharing of marketing insights to drive and support strategic business development initiatives.
- The creation of content for business development meetings, workshops and events.
- Social media communication for Switzerland, in coordination with our corporate Marketing team.
- The co-creation of employer branding initiatives.

**Your Profile**:

- You have relevant work experience in marketing, preferably as comms manager.
- You are autonomous and self-organized, while enjoying working in a team.
- You are hands-on and you are drawn to move out of your comfort zone.
- You can adapt to a new environment quickly.
- You have proficient communication skills in English and German.
- You are interested in the IT professional services sector and you keep yourself updated with trends.
