**Description**

Responsibilites

Training:

- Train and onboard relevant AP topics (Processes, Applications, and ERP) in the country and in the HUB.
- Provide and maintain relevant training materials and templates for local users.

Continuous Improvement and Change Management:

- Lead and drive country-specific improvements related to local AP process participants in the business.
- Act as a speaking partner for the HUB regarding regional/global improvements.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the contact and escalation partner for local users.
- Act as a speaking partner to local customers and the business, driving results and actions.

Business Process Owner P2P for the Country:

- Ensure that local internal controls are designed and executed effectively by working together with the HUB, IC, and local Finance Lead.

Support HUB in Operations:

- In exceptional cases, provide operational support to the HUB towards internal users/business or third parties in language-driven or escalation situations.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree related to finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent
- Proven working experience as Accounts Payable,
- Passionate about processes and continuous process improvements
- Excellent communication skills in German/English
- Preferred: Experience working with offshore teams
- Preferred: Experience working in a shared service environment
