**Accountabilities**:

- Update and maintain our internal system to ensure it accurately reflects all recruiting processes.
- Expand your network of business contacts to find and attract new clients by serving their recruiting needs.

**Our requirements**:

- Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (advantageous in Biopharma / Medtech).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A high level of personal motivation and sense of responsibility.
- Strong consulting skills and a high level of service orientation.
- Fluent English and good German language skills are a must.
