Intern - Strategic Talent Acquisition

During this 6-12 months internship, you will be joining a global Strategic Talent Acquisition team. You will have exposure to our sites around the globe in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Expect a high paced environment where you will be adept at multitasking a broad range of activities and get the chance to work on a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Support and coordinate the Global Strategic Workforce Planning project
- Run monthly audits and cascade down information on a site level, reviewing Workday Quality of Data gaps and giving guidance on mitigations
- Develop guidance and governance
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements:

- Project Management knowledge/education, ideally with at least a PM certification (IPMA Level D or equivalent)
- Like data and able to tell a story from the data
- Proficient in Excel, Pivot table, Macro
- English fluent
- Degree, at least four semester of a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
