Corporate Switzerland (12-Month Contract)The OpportunityOn behalf of an international corporate client in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced agency-side recruiter who is ready to step into a corporate Talent Acquisition role for a 12-month assignment.This role is ideal for recruiters coming from a headhunting or recruitment agency environment who enjoy ownership, stakeholder exposure and high-quality hiring processes — without giving up pace, autonomy and impact.You will work closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders, managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple Swiss locations in a hybrid setup.Your RoleManage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and specialist roles in Switzerland — from intake and search strategy to offer stageAct as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, translating business needs into effective search approachesApply your agency mindset: proactive sourcing, market intelligence, creative search strategies and candidate engagementEnsure a smooth, professional candidate journey, including interview coordination and transparent communicationWork with modern ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-supported toolsHandle multiple roles in parallel while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfactionSupport local Talent Acquisition initiatives and ad-hoc recruiting projectsYour BackgroundSeveral years of experience in recruitment, headhunting or executive search, ideally within Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech or another regulated industryUsed to working in a fast-paced agency environment with high ownership and accountabilityStrong stakeholder management skills — confident, structured and credible at business levelConsultative mindset with the ability to challenge, advise and influenceHands-on, pragmatic and solution-orientedComfortable operating in an international, corporate environmentFluent in English AND German (mandatory)Solid systems affinity; experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-based sourcing is a plusPractical DetailsContract: 12 months (temporary assignment)Location: Hybrid, with regular on-site presence in Basel and ZurichWorking hours: Standard business hours; flexibility can be discussedIf you come from an agency recruitment background and are curious to experience the corporate side of Talent Acquisition — without fully leaving the operational recruiting world — this assignment offers an excellent opportunity.
