Talent Acquisition Associate, International

**The Role**:
This role is an exciting opportunity to help our HR and Talent Acquisition team support our growing global organization. From assisting with recruitment and new hire logistics, to supporting our growth in the US and abroad through HR & TA projects. You will primarily support the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and APAC (Asia Pacific) regions.

**Here's What You’ll Do**:
**Talent Acquisition Operations Responsibilities**:

- Act with urgency and with the highest quality managing EMEA and APAC requisitions
- Launch reqs in Workday, ensuring accuracy of data.
- Edit postings, as needed
- Reconcile requisitions against positions in Workday
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure processes are followed and all requirements accurately completed for requisition management and new hire processing.
- Partner with contingent worker programs (Randstad & Kelly Services) to ensure contractors are hired, tracked and terminated appropriately.
- Behave as an owner, ensuring all new hire documentation is complete and accurately processed. Partnering with TA, HR, Legal, Compensation, Payroll and Mobility for cases requiring special attention.
- Launch background verifications and drug screens
- Align with Director TA Ops on feedback for continuous improvement efforts, especially digitizing everywhere possible.

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR in an in-house role with exposure to or ownership of operational and logistics tasks and projects. International experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Technical skills: MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook) experience with shared technologies (e.g. OneDrive, Teams). Ability to learn and master new systems quickly (e.g. Smartsheet, Workday, and future systems)
- Strong project management skills and ownership, sense of urgency and prioritization.
- A natural ability to be organized in how you think, communicate and conduct your work
- A ‘digital first’ mindset

- You are effective in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities concurrently. You think proactively, and you manage your own time appropriately to complete short and long term projects simultaneously.
