**Beschreibung**:
For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated **Patient Experience Project Coordinator **for six months with option for extension.

At the Patient Experience and Partnership network, they create mutual value as a trusted partner for patient communities by integrating the patient perspective across the value chain. They work hand-in-hand with all internal functions involved in the development to launch and lifecycle management. They are responsible for supporting functions, customer areas and countries at Diagnostics in various strategic initiatives, operational tasks and guidance/coordination of internal team events.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and coordination of the Patient Experience and Partnership Community (cross-functional network) across Diagnostics.

**Tasks**:

- Supporting the creation and coordination of the Patient Experience Community across Diagnostics
- Preparation and execution of the Community meetings and workshops
- Support with internal communications and do publishing
- Monitoring and reporting of patient focused activities across the Community members
- Develop the Community knowledge management platform
- Maintain and further develop the Patient Experience and Partnership Community gSite

**Must Haves**:

- Apprenticeship in healthcare / life sciences or in commercial field with relevant experiences in healthcare/life sciences
- First experience marketing / commercial field or in health sciences
- Proficient in IT tools such as MS Office and G-Suite, experience with Trello and/or Miro is a plus
- Spoken and written fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence in a complex environment
- Communicating with impact and empathy
- Project Management mindset
- Able to work systematically, to build a community / network around patients
- Pro-active, able to think strategically and out of the box

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience working with patients
- Ideally experienced in the areas of operations and agile methodologies
