IQVIA Switzerland is responsible to serve all Swiss-based Clients across their international footprint, delivering solutions for both Global and European operations head offices, as well as for the local market of their Swiss affiliates.

By joining as a **Junior Project Coordinator, Marketing Services** you will have the opportunity to work under the direct report of the Swiss Solution Sales team based in Switzerland, supporting our Swiss-based clients (pharma
- and medical device companies, agencies, associations and patient organization) in their implementation of direct marketing activities, and in their communication with healthcare professionals.

**Your tasks**
- Support customers from the pharma, medtech, and life science industry in the implementation of their direct marketing activities
- Receive and process customer enquiries
- Create and follow up proposals
- Select and prepare address data from the OneKey database
- Coordinate and execute mailing campaigns, consent gathering projects and programmatic advertising
- Coordinate with external printing shops, agencies and with the internal Center of Excellence
- Support with internal marketing and sales initiatives
- Collaborate in internal projects and across the line of business

**Your profile**
- Commercial or administrative background, ideally completed with a further education in Marketing
- 1-3 years of working experience in a related field
- Efficient, structured, autonomous, and reliable individual, able to deal with pressure
- Very strong analytical capabilities, clear and structured communication style
- Exceptional client
- and service-driven behavior
- Excellent German and fluent Business English language skills, French is of advantage
- Ease in dealing with data, as well as very good knowledge of the MS-Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Knowledge of direct marketing, digital marketing and programmatic advertising is of advantage
- Knowledge and first experience in the life sciences industry is of advantage
