For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Junior Service Engineer (M/F/d).

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Service technician (support for standard/established systems)
- Installation of Roche Diagnostics systems (HW&SW) according to the installation manuals in the Roche RDK (Roche Diagnostics Knowledge Database).
- Carrying out system qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintenance work, troubleshooting, and repairs
- according to the official service documentation (iSDoc) and technical service bulletins.
- Implementing hardware/software changes according to technical service bulletins.
- Scheduling appointments with customers and colleagues
- Spare parts logistics and documentation of performed activities
- Reporting and knowledge exchange on field-relevant topics to/with GCS (Global Customer Support) Second Level Support.

**Must Haves**:

- Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in the fields of electronics, mechanics/precision mechanics, hydraulics and IT (also possible as an entry-level position after training)
- Fluent German and English skills (documentation in English)
- Enthusiasm for technical services and field service activities; high level of self-organization and initiative
- Customer-oriented working style and confident demeanor
- High level of flexibility, motivation and commitment
