For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a Project Coordinator Pharma (M/F/d).

**Background**

Driving digitisation and improvement of processes and systems to ensure a high level of operational excellence and being responsible for the independent execution of administrative processes for the team.

**General Information**:

- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Extension: possible
- Workload: 50%
- Work location: Rotkreuz

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Providing general administrative support by taking care of general administrative tasks and processes, also in absence of the line manager/team members
- Aligning with the function head and relevant stakeholders, overseeing functional budget processes, procurement-to-payment (P2P), Purchase Orders (POs) & Goods Receipts (GRs)
- Providing internal and external event support, congress participations, contract management & support, and supporting project owners in P3 approval process
- Informing, advising and supporting the team on processes, guidelines and services as needed
- Supporting the smooth on-boarding of new associates in their own area of responsibility
- Maintaining and continuously updating internal and global databases as needed, while effectively maintaining document management and archiving

**Must Haves**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar studies
- 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience (Pharma / Life Science / Health Insurance industry)
- Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple, simultaneous, complex tasks and projects across disciplines
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent IT skills (digital & technology savvy)
- Able to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Flexible, autonomous and highly organised
