- und Logistik-Services.

Infolge einer Neubesetzung sind wir beauftragt mit der Suche einer kommunikativen HR-Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der operativen HR-Themen von der Gewinnung, über die Entwicklung bis zum Austritt.

Aufgaben
- Strategische undoperative Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Human Resources mit Reporting an den Executive Director HR DACH und Managing Director Schweiz
- Verantwortung sowie Mitarbeit in sämtlichen operativen HR Themen von der Gewinnung, über die Entwicklung bis zum Austritt
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung aller operativen HR-Prozessen und -Instrumenten
- Aktive Umsetzung von Change Prozessen und internen Re-Organisationen
- Erstellung und Umsetzung des HR-Budgets/ -Forecasts
- Aktive Mitwirkung in strategischen Firmenprojekten und Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten
- Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Abwicklung der gesamten Lohnbuchhaltung inkl. Jahresendarbeiten
- Personelle und fachliche Führung von drei Arbeitskolleginnen (HR und Empfang)
- Beratung und Betreuung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen HR-Themen

Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Human Resources mit erster Führungserfahrung
- Entsprechende Weiterbildung im Personalwesen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Projekt
- und Changemanagement sowie Personalgewinnung und -entwicklung
- Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
