**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und die Führungsrolle bei der Gestaltung technischer Lösungen
- Du leitest ein Team von Product Ownern und Designern, indem du sie motivierst und anleitest
- Du unterstützt die Organisation dabei, das Verständnis für die Entwicklung digitaler Produkte zu fördern
- Du berätst und unterstützt Kunden aktiv und treibst die kontinuierliche Digitalisierung von Anwendungen voran
- Du bewertest und leitest die Entwicklung neuer Anforderungen, die sowohl von internen als auch externen Kunden gestellt werden
- Du identifizierst aktuelle Technologietrends und beurteilst deren Eignung für das Unternehmen

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich oder gleichwertig
- Langjährige Erfahrung als Product Manager oder in ähnlichen Rollen
- Betriebswirtschaftlicher Hintergrund und umfangreiches Informatikwissen
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2 Niveau)
