Du entwickelst präzise Spezifikationen und sorgst durch kontinuierlichen Austausch mit Stakeholdern für klare Anforderungen und reibungslose Abläufe. Du verantwortest die technische Weiterentwicklung der Plattform und übernimmst dabei eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen. Deine Arbeit vereint technisches Verständnis mit organisatorischem Geschick. So trägst du entscheidend zur Effizienz und Qualität in der Produktentwicklung bei. Requirements Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung, z. B. in Elektrotechnik, Physik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Du verfügst über fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Requirements Engineering oder als Technical Product Owner Technische Zusammenhänge sind dir dank deiner Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung oder UI/UX-Design bestens vertraut Du bist eigeninitiativ, arbeitest strukturiert und bringst neue Themen rasch auf den Punkt Mit deiner kommunikativen Art stärkst du die Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch sicher verständigen About the company * Als Technischer Product Owner stimmst du dich regelmaessig mit Stakeholdern wie Entwicklung, Marketing und Produktion ab * In dieser Rolle trägst du die technische Verantwortung für Produktfunktionen auf Plattform-Ebene in einem agilen Entwicklungsumfeld * Du erstellst detaillierte Spezifikationen, insbesondere mit Fokus auf UI- und UX-Design * Du koordinierst interne und externe Entwicklerteams zur Umsetzung technischer Funktionen und überwachst Termine und Ergebnisse * Du entwickelst bestehende Produkte kontinuierlich weiter - orientiert an Marktbedarfen, regulatorischen Vorgaben und technischen Trends * In dieser Funktion stellst du sicher, dass technische Produktanforderungen präzise umgesetzt und nachhaltig dokumentiert werden
