**INTRODUCTION**:
As a preferred supplier for Roche Diagnostics Int Ltd in Rotkreuz, we are looking for an individual as

**Product Owner**:

- (contract for 12 months, with possible extension). The earliest start date is within one to two months. Home Office: hybrid model (3-2/2-3) possible after onboarding phase. However you have to be flexible to be onsite from one day to the other (no fully remote possible).

**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for the agile project management approach (preparing user stories & tasks, facilitating sprint planning, visualizing work and dependencies, etc.)
- Requirements engineering in a regulated environment
- Supports the Product Manager to manage the backlog
- Supports inter-team cooperation in the Agile Release Train and helps the team to operate well on the train
- Responsible for the execution of features and capabilities
- Helps manage risks and dependencies
- Provides input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
- Works with the Release Train Engineer for planning and tracking
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders
- Takes responsibility for project delivery targets
- Leadership attitude in shaping the product together with the development team
- Lives, coaches and helps the team to embrace the RMD Software principles, values and mindset

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:

- University degree in any of the following areas: Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent fields
- A minimum experience of 3 years as a Product Owner
- Experience in design sprints and Design Thinking
- Worked for several organizations or projects - in minimum 3 different companies and working in programs with multiple Scrum teams in a single program
- Expert knowledge of Scrum, Lean and one or more agile scaling models (SAFe, LeSS,)
- Fluent in English necessary

**Nice to Have**:

- German spoken and written
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience with Intland Retina requirements tool
- Experience with Azure DevOps
