Als ICT Project Manager & Product Owner ERP sind Sie Teil des Teams Products & Projects im Bereich Digital Solutions & ICT, welcher ICT Operation, Entwicklung sowie Projektmanagement für die digitalen Produkte und Services der Gruppe vereint.

Sie übernehmen Projekt
- und Teilprojektleitung (klassisch - hybrid - agil) bei ICT- und Business-Projekten

Product Ownership für den Bereich ERP.

Vorantreiben der Harmonisierung der digitalen ERP Geschäftsprozesse und dem Solution Management.

Produkt
- Definition neuer Anforderungen / User Stories rund um die zentralen ERP Komponenten.

Anleiten des jeweiligen Projektteams sowie führen externer Dienstleister und interner Partner.

Business Enabling und Beratung interner Stakeholder auf der bereitgestellten Applikationslandschaft und Gatekeeper bei der der Integration von spezifischen Lösungen.

Koordinationsstelle zwischen Auftraggeber, weiteren Product Ownern / Application Managern, den ICT Operations, sowie internen und externen Partnern und Entwicklern.

Product Ownership / Application Management mit Vision Entwicklung (Weiterentwicklung und Definition der ERP Roadmap), Release Management, 3rd-Level-Support und Testing sämtlicher zentraler ERP Komponenten.

Anforderungen

Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik FA / HF / FH) erwünscht
Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Einführung und Pflege von ERP-Systemen und der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte, praktische Erfahrung im Projekt Management, optimalerweise in agiler und klassischer Methodik
Erfahrung als Product Owner / Application Manager
Gutes System
- und Architekturverständnis und Erfahrung im Schnittstellendesign, Erfahrung in Migration
aktuelle Zertifizierungen wie PMP, SCRUM, Black Belt von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit IFS von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
