Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate engineering and construction interfaces across multiple project sites
  • Act as primary point of contact for the client, managing communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
  • Oversee scheduling, resource coordination, and work package delivery
  • Ensure project execution aligns with defined scope, quality, safety, and budget requirements
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, 3D coordination, and external construction management partners
  • Maintain visibility and control across Basel and Schaffhausen project portfolios

Your Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing
    pharmaceutical CAPEX or EPCM
    projects
  • Strong track record in
    client-facing coordination
    and project delivery
  • Confident leading distributed and hybrid teams
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Based in
    Switzerland or Germany
    preferred
