We are executing exciting and important projects for our multinational clients, leading to great opportunities to develop your career.ResponsibilitiesSafe execution of all phases of the projectOverall responsibility for technical/commercial delivery and execution of a taskDevelop the Quality Plan (separate plan or include in Project Execution Plan [PEP] depending on scale and phase of project)Set up and maintain the Project Compliance Tracker (PCT) for early notification of any significant project issues with potential compliance risk for PM GroupReview and understand commercial aspects of the projectDefining the scope of the projectDefining PM Group’s scope of work and how the project will be delivered within the available PM Group budgetOrganize the File Index, Facilities, Kick-off Meetings, PEPDevelop a project execution strategy and agree same with the PM Project Team and the CustomerMonitor the effectiveness of the strategy and modify as necessary to accommodate changing circumstances throughout the life of the projectDevelop construction/contracting strategy and implementImplement construction/procurement/contracting strategy using PM Group Standard toolsIdentify resource needs, timing and organize with resource ownersCoordinate the design between all disciplines including sub-contractors and site teamPrepare Project Monthly Internal Report (PMIR) for PM Group Management and ensure early notification of any significant project issues with potential commercial risk for PM GroupEnsure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligationsIdentify and assess risk to project and to PM GroupQualificationsPrimary Honours/Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in Engineering/Construction/Science or related DisciplineA minimum of 7 years relevant experienceFluent German and EnglishGood commercial awareness and business acumen requiredGood understanding of all disciplinesPersonal Specification:Excellent organizational skills with an ability to produce quality work and achieve project deadlines within budgetExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Excellent commercial skills with the ability to manage projects to budget man-hours and commercial return targetsStrong work ethicSelf-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and businessA forward planner who identifies and resolves project issuesCritically assesses own performance and performance of othersProven experience in multiple project deliveryWhy PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed, and driven.
