We are seeking a Project Integration Manager (m/f/d) remotely to oversee and manage the integration of multiple triggered projects within the Lean Digital Core (LDC) framework, with a primary focus on Finance and Procurement. This role involves close collaboration with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment with program objectives. The position also supports projects across LACAN and APMA regions, requiring strong cross-functional and global coordination skills. Tasks Project Management: Lead and manage the integration of triggered projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with global and local teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues throughout the integration process Technical Integration: Oversee technical aspects such as data flows, system interfaces, and application integrations Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, plans, and progress reports Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies Communication: Facilitate regular communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.
