We are seeking a highly skilled Regression & Integration Test Manager to join our team. As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing the testing activities of Nova Step 2, which involves approximately 80-100 interfaces connected to our future S/4 HANA system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the test management of Nova Step 2 testing, including the coordination of testing activities between the Sunrise Regression Testing Team, Core Nova Team - Nova Testing Team, and Key Business Stakeholders.
- Coordinate the testing of interfaces with 3rd parties to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain daily coordination and reporting of testing progress.
**Requirements**:
- Strong experience in software test management, particularly in regression testing on complex projects.
- Solid understanding of architecture and enterprise integration dependencies.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Possess a strong personality, with a delivery-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Octane, the quality control platform.
