Zehnder has started on an exciting journey to enhance our products with state-of-the-art digital features. For this purpose, we are setting up a new international team of digital experts headed by our new Chief Digital Officer (CDO). The Digital Business Process and Continuous Improvement manager is a key role within the Digital Support Centre and CDO organization. You will be responsible for owning and executing upon a cohesive, enterprise-wide automation and business process management plan with a demonstratable return on investment. Furthermore, you will play a key role in improving business processes and act as a key interface between business and IT. You will lead the development and implementation of complex business process and continuous improvement initiatives as well as oversee the execution of solutions impacting profitability and operational efficiencies. You will leverage business and industry knowledge and best practices when consulting with Business and, IT, stakeholders to recommend innovative solutions to complex problems. You will be responsible for capturing all work activities, prioritizing and tracking, resource allocation, and reporting of key priorities and initiatives. **In this role you will be accountable for**: - Owning and maintaining consistent business process and continuous improvement management tools, methodologies, and approaches in support of the business goals across all Zehnder businesses. - Providing insight on strategies and solutions that will significantly impact corporate or department objectives. - Documenting, prioritizing and enhancing current state and future state business processes and sub-processes in partnership with technical solution deliverables. - Identifying and communicating deltas between the current state versus the to be state. - Partnering with core business functions such as HR, Finance and Sales/Marketing to provide quantifiable benefit outcomes because of process changes impacting the business landscape. - Partnerng key process owners and process and continuous improvement functions to ensure consistency in planning and execution of projects via the development of a community of practice across Zehnder. - Creating and maintaining a process inventory across the business value chain representing the different functional areas and overseeing the execution of solutions that will positively impact profitability and operational efficiencies. - Collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures. - Providing best practices, strategies, and solutions to senior leaders that will positively impact business operations and departments. - Initiating, providing expertise, and collaborating with business partners across the enterprise to support business optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of valued services. - Developing and implementing key process improvement initiatives leveraging industry wide practices and tools via partnership with internal and external stakeholders. - Pursuing new and innovative ways to create impactful solutions for our customers, as well as finding opportunities to re-engineer existing solutions for greater efficiency and performance, including identification of opportunities for reuse of existing automation solutions. - Developing industry standard best practices for process management, innovation and create an environment of continuous improvement. - Providing leadership in developing business and enterprise level BPM/IT strategies for medium to long-term Initiatives. - Responsibility for overall risk assessment decisions to ensure global compliance with security, regulations, and statutory requirements. **To succeed in this role, you will need**: - In terms of professional experience and formal education: - A Bachelor’s degree of a renowned international university in computer science, process engineering or a related field, and MBA or MSc advantageous. - 7+ years of experience working di
