**Product Owner - based in Luxembourg**

**The Product Chapter is responsible for ensuring effective translation of product concept to the design and then management and oversight of the technical implementation. This involves both ensuring that the product concept reflects industry or client needs while having a disciplined business and project management mindset to deliver a successful outcome.The Product Owner will be a key coordinator for specific product developments, managing these throughout the product life cycle. Maintaining interaction and communication with all other chapters (Technology, Customer Experience, Business Development and Operations) is fundamental to ensure product positioning and fit and that the overall product pipeline delivers to all stakeholders’ expectations.**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Managing and coordinating new product or product enhancements within an agile product development process and product pipeline;**:

- **Preparing, coordinating and leading bi-weekly product meetings;**:

- **Coordinating / performing market analysis, including liaison with clients/ prospects to obtain feedback on product fit requirements;**:

- **Liaison with the Business Development chapter to ensure clear understanding of market needs / total addressable market and product pricing;**:

- **Project managing product developments from concept through to technical design and deployment in conjunction with the Technology and Customer Experience Chapters;**:

- **Working closely with the Customer Experience Team for key client onboarding and related matters;**:

- **Working with the Business Development to support main opportunities with key prospects;**:

- **Supporting the Business Development team up to client contract signature, providing product due diligence support and through to client deployment;**:

- **Representing the Company in industry bodies and at industry events and liaising with external advisors as required to determine regulatory impact on new products;**:

- **Organising and supporting product training requirements, either at a client level or for internal company training.**

**PROFILE**
- **Fund industry experience, either in an asset manager (middle office), management company, an asset servicer or a technology provider to the asset management industry;**:

- **Sound experience in agile project management, with exposure to larger or more complex projects;**:

- **Professional English language proficiency, working knowledge of French would be a plus;**:

- **Effective presentation skills;**:

- **Ability to work independently;**:

- **Attention to detail, proven analytical skills;**:

- **Strong interpersonal skills;**:

- **Natural curiosity to seek out challenging problems to solve**:

- **Sense of initiative;**:

- **Ability to prioritise.**
