We are looking for a CRM Manager / Product Owner (M/F/d) based in Geneva, Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. **Your mission**: You are the link between the business and our CRM products: This is an exciting time for someone to make an undeniable difference since we are in the transition phase of Salesforce CRM system introduction within the company. Working in a small, talented team you’ll be driving the global roll-out and onboarding of a cutting-edge CRM technology and further development of the Maison’s business requirements. **Your challenges**: **Product Owner CRM Platforms** - Continuous development of the CRM platform, provide enhancements, raise bugs, and follow change requests - Execute key user tests and validate new functions before the roll-out - Tracking & analysis of project results and providing insights for future enhancements and optimizations - Collaborate closely with internal departments (Analytics, Marketing, Retail, eCom), global teams and the Richemont Group **Client Data Management** - Provide conceptual and technical support for data generation across various platforms (e.g. event leads) together with local teams - Ensure data quality and integrity of the CRM database in close collaboration with the Analytics team and colleagues in our teams worldwide **Your profile**: - Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of business administration, marketing, computer science or comparable educational background - Several years of experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading interdisciplinary project teams, international experience is an advantage - Experience and expertise with CRM systems, especially Salesforce - Strong problem-solving mentality and hands-on personality, used to drive topics forward in a leading role; managing several projects at the same time does not put you off your guard - Used to work independently, very organized and with attention to details - Strong communication skills and ability in building cross-functional and cross-hierarchical networks - Fluent Business English skills are required, German or French is a plus **What we offer**: - A highly motivated international team - High degree of personal responsibility and opportunity to bring in your own ideas - Performance-based, attractive compensation with 13th salary and participation in the bonus program - International cooperation within the Richemont Group - A modern working environment - Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home - Subsidy for the job ticket - Employer-sponsored pension plan and capital-forming benefits - Health maintenance measures and company medical care - Subsidy for childcare costs for non-school-age children - Use of digital training opportunities in LinkedIn Learning and Speexx - Extensive corporate benefits offers A challenging task awaits you in a modern oriented company of the Richemont Group.
