**What it's about**

Based in Partners Group's global headquarters in Zug the role has been designed to support the project-based implementation of a new Relationship Management software covering both Client & Investment Management, to fit the firm's growth aspirations and growing complexity. You will work within the project management team and be required to work closely with stakeholders and SME's in Partners Group’s four investment departments as well as in the Investment Services area.

The tasks of the role will be to:

- Perform general administrative tasks associated with the project including updating plans and facilitating meeting scheduling
- Support the setup and tracking or project deliverables and actions
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Acting as point of contact for stakeholders and SME's for agreed activities
- Support the development of communication and training plans
- Support the measurement and reporting on project performance
- Support the maintenance of the project risk log
- Collate data to track and report on project expenditure
- Writing and documenting minutes of meetings

The role will be part of Business Management and Development team in the Zug office.

**What we expect**
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, business administration or relevant experience in a commercial apprenticeship
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry or consulting area in a project management or change management role
- An understanding of the financial industry (ideally private markets) would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage communication between multiple teams and stakeholders
- Project management and change management skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines and setting appropriate priorities while maintaining a high standard is essential
- Natural team player with excellent interpersonal skills to engage senior professionals and liaise with global teams
- Experience with Client Relationship Management software is advantageous but not essential
