Project Management Support (m/f/d) – Project Management/ First Development/ Scripting/ Stakeholder Management/ Google Workspace/ SQL/ Websites/ German/ English Project: For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a qualified Project Management Support (m/f/d) Background:Background: This position is intended to provide maintenance for a database solution developed in Google Sheets and shares on Google Sites. Also project managing the decommissioning of this solution and the implementation of a global enterprise tool. The role is in the Quality Area and it supports Quality Heads with documentation related capabilities. The Perfect Candidate has a strong understanding of the Google Workspace tools and some scripting ability within Google G-Sheets. He/She will be able to manage a complex project across many countries and with varied stakeholders. Communication skills are important. English is necessary given the international nature of the assignment. Tasks & Responsibilities:* Support custom build solution in Google Workspace * Administration of a standard tool * Basic training of users * Manage the Project transition to enterprise tool * Coordination of transition * Application scripting for Google tools Must Haves:* Vocational degree * First project Management experience* First development/scripting experience * Ability to engage in stakeholder management * Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, websites, project management * Fluency in English & German, other languages are a plus Nice to have:* Familiarity with document management tools within quality and regulatory functions Reference Nr.: Role: Project Management Support (m/f/d)Industrie: PharmaWorkplace: Rotkreuz Pensum: 50-60%Start: ASAP(Latest Start Date : )Duration: 9MonthsDeadline: If you are interested in this position, please send us your complete dossier.
