**Management Accounting Lead (80-100%)**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Owner of the standard cost accounting concept and CO master data
- Operationalize and monitor cost element, cost center and cost object accounting, considering group and unit/legal entity-specific requirements
- Develop and standardize management accounting processes and their respective value flows
- Drive simplification of the data flow (as accurate as necessary, as simple as possible)
- Coordinate closure activities of the management accounting closing process and prepare financial statements
- Be the Center of Excellence and main speaking partner around Management Accounting
- Drive the definition and implementation plan for the upcoming S4HANA migration for the global Turbo ERP system; Support SAP integration of carve-in & carve-out processes
- Coordinate and plan process changes
- Build and maintain comprehensive process documentation space (SOP)
- Manage and coordinate medium-sized and large projects in the management accounting area (incl. monitoring and process improvement after implementation)

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology or related field or minimum 10 years of practical experience in a similar role
- Degree in accounting / finance, ideally professional qualification (CPA/ ACCA/ CIMA) or similar will be an asset
- Knowledge of USGAAP required as well as solid understanding of ERP systems, FICO modules, preferably SAP ECC and SAP4HANA
- Innovative and wholistic network thinking in process and controlling environment
- Profound knowledge of business processes and tools, able to think through E2E processes
- Conceptional and analytical thinking, strong result-orientation
- Team
