This **Global FP&A leader** position will report into Power Conversion CFO Operation and dotted line to FP&A leader of Electrification segment. Power Conversion is a $1B business in the growing Electrification segment with approximately 3,800 employees. GE Vernova’s Power Conversion business provides energy conversion technologies, systems, and services across the power and energy-intensive industries, driving the electric transformation and decarbonization of the world’s energy and industrial infrastructure.. The business is organized by region, with industrial assets, project teams, commercial and support functions located within each region to drive better proximity to customers and our installed base.

The Global FP&A leader will lead the Power Conversion HQ FP&A team and has full oversight of the income statement & cash flow statement for the Power Conversion businesses, including planning, reporting, analysis and driving financials outcomes for the business.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
He/she directs and leads Power Conversion headquarter FP&A team with critical responsibilities within the business including:

- Partner with Power Conversion business line leader and CFO operation to set financial targets to drive accountability across the organization and execute on the overall business strategy to deliver both short-term and long-term business commitment & achieve our ambition of HSD profitability and free cash flow generation
- Partner with Power Conversion CFO Operation to drive margin expansion of global product & project portfolio, managing capital allocation of Capex and NPI investments, evaluating and optimizing structure cost & delivering working capital improvement
- Implement and own Power Conversion operating rhythm to review business performance on monthly basis, providing insights and analysis to senior leadership
- Provide visibility to business performance through communication of key business KPIs and track execution of critical business enablers for the business overall & by region
- Lead and own financial planning cycle of Power Conversion business including quarterly forecast, annual budget and long-term strategy planning
- Lead and own income statement & cash flow statement reporting & analysis and associated FP&A related DRs reports for Power Conversion flowing into external reporting
- Improve reporting capability through financial systems improvements and process digitization ensuring accuracy and reliability of income statement and cash flow reporting

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a FP&A position
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management is mandatory
- Fluent English required
- Strong analytical skill
- Occasional trips in France or abroad

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au CFO des Opérations Power Conversion, et fonctionnellement au FP&A Leader de l’activité Electrification, nous recherchons un **Global FP&A Leader (H/F)** pour notre activité Power Conversion. Vous aurez pour mission principale de manager l’équipe FP&A du siège de Power Conversion, et vous superviserez entièrement le compte de résultat et le tableau des flux de trésorerie des activités Power Conversion, y compris la planification, les rapports, l’analyse et l’obtention des résultats financiers de l’entreprise.

**Vos missions**:

- Être un véritable partenaire, avec le CFO des Opérations Power Conversion, et la FP&A Leader de l’activité Electrification, pour fixer des objectifs financiers afin de mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale globale, et réaliser notre ambition de rentabilité du « HSD » et de génération de flux de trésorerie disponibles
- Collaborer avec votre manager, pour stimuler l’expansion des marges du portefeuille mondial de produits et de projets, gérer l’allocation du capital des investissements en capital et en investissements « NPI », évaluer et optimiser les coûts de structure et améliorer le fonds de roulement
