**Your role**
- Do you want to challenge yourself? Do you seek an opportunity to work across different sales team(s) and business stakeholders in driving the sales strategy forward? We’re looking for a self-driven, analytical and proactive individual to join our Swiss COO Distribution team based in Opfikon to support the EMEA Distribution.
- We're looking for Business Manager to:
- drive day to day BAU activities: business analytics, diverse reporting, problem solving, management support, etc. with the EMEA Sales management team and sales force
- act as first point of contact to support GWM-aligned Sales force
- support implementations of the sales and client strategies with each business area/sales team incl. client campaigns, e-tools driven solutions, marketing
- drive preparation of presentations and various MI documentation for Senior Management
- support robust operating platform front-to-back incl. ownership of key controls

**Your team**
- The COO Distribution team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team that is responsible for the formulation, implementation and support of the key Distribution focused initiatives, and processes that impact our client’s experience. This is a diverse role spanning across Execution Sales as well as parts of Digital Platforms, covering elements of strategy, analytics, budgeting, performance monitoring, regulatory impact, F2B controls, market structure issues, tech implementation/digitization, and comprehensive understanding of the sales and client business. Members of the team will have broad exposure across the Global Markets business often collaborating and partnering with sales teams, management, support teams, and controls to execute a wide array of initiatives.

**Your expertise**
- min. 3 years of relevant industry experience (Sales, Business Mgmt, COO, and/or consulting experience),
- Partnership approach with a high degree of collaboration across COO team and stakeholders globally,
- ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data effectively for delivery to management,
- analytical self-starter, takes initiative, ability to work autonomously at times,
- skilled with juggling of multiple priorities, and ensure completion of deliverables in timely fashion
- risk-aware and transparent in communicating
- general understanding of bank/financial services operational processes and product knowledge
