Within our Building Products Solutions team, we are looking for a **Global Product Manager with Energy and Building Performance Solutions experience**

**Location**: Preferred location is Zug, Switzerland, however, other locations within the EU, in any of our major Siemens SI locations are located can be considered. Prerequisite is in any case your legal eligibility to work in the respective country and location
**Your Responsibilities**
- In this role, you define the portfolio strategy for the leading energy and sustainability software
- Guide the Global Product Management Team, act as the lead Product Manager for the agile release
- Train with colleagues across the world and personally act as Product Manager for the defined energy software offerings and cloud services
- Guarantee that all aspects of product management, internal/customer facing/commercial interfaces are well organized and taken care of including high quality of releases, commercial success and end-user focus
- Demonstrate leadership according to SAFe principles
- Lead the efficient communication and collaboration with your partners in the management, your colleagues from our regions, research and development, product managers, architects and more
- Act as a role model of an agile, collaborative and customer focused product management
- Have an eye on future opportunities that Building X, part of Xcelerator, the new cloud platform for smart building, will bring to energy management software and actively contribute to the development of Building X
- The amount of global travel in this job is up to 20% of your time
**Y**our skills and experience**
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering ideally combined with studies in energy management and sustainability. Further economic studies like an MBA will be a plus
- Any experience of our building industry in combination with software development and data science studies would be a strong asset
- 10 years plus of experience in Energy Management / software portfolio or product management role
- Have a track record in demonstrating product leadership and high international exposure is clearly visible
- A winning yet strong personality, able to collaborate effectively in global teams
- A past performance within intercultural environments, exercising influence on stakeholders across all hierarchical levels will make you successful in this job
- Strong collaboration skills
- Business fluent English is mandatory
