Energy & Performance Services (EPS) is the organization within the Business Unit “Regional Solutions and Services (RSS)” that strives to create scalable and speedy impact by providing sustainability, energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and distributed energy solutions to global and local customers. RSS is part of Siemens’s Business “Smart Infrastructure (SI)” and a global powerhouse in performance services and solutions that will reinvent buildings and infrastructure with our motivated employees by walking with our customers on their digital journey to improve building and connected asset performance while lowering carbon footprint.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the go-to-market, sales and marketing strategy in close collaboration with the executive team, ensuring alignment and achievement of business goals and EPS 2.0 strategy
- Foster and cultivate relationships with influential leaders within the energy and sustainability services sector, establishing Siemens as an inspiring leader in the industry
- Work collaboratively with global portfolio development and sales teams, as well as EPS regions and countries, to ensure alignment between product and market strategies
- Lead, support and contribute cross Business-Line initiatives with Services, Smart Building Solutions and BRI
- Lead the development of content marketing initiatives, such as thought leadership pieces, case studies, and whitepapers, that showcase Siemens' expertise and leadership within the industry
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media, targeting key segments and customer verticals
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively, and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights for improvements
- Enhance the digital customer journey, leveraging digital tools and platforms through Siemens Xcelerator, to expand the reach of digital services
- Drive the development of market insights and intelligence, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats to enable profitable growth of energy and sustainability services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in the field of energy and sustainability services, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team

**What you bring along**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering field; additional MBA would be an asset
- At least 10 years of experience Marketing, Strategy, Consulting or Project Management
- Strong knowledge of vertical operations and processes in one or more of the following key verticals: Automotive, Chemical, Higher Education, Food & Beverage or Health Care
- Knowledge of energy and sustainability trends and best practices, including energy management, sustainability reporting, and carbon reduction strategies
- Deep business or operational background, particularly in project business
- Consistent record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Understanding of marketing principles, experience in digital marketing and social media
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with counterparts at all levels of the organization
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in English. German and any other European language is an advantage
