We are looking for an entrepreneurial Global Head of OEM Sales Building Products with a inspiring personality to grow and sustain a powerful, long-term market presence. As a key member of the Building Products Sales Headquarters organization, you are accountable for a nine-digit EUR revenue generated with OEM ventilation and air conditioning customers. You lead a team of Business Development and Key Account Managers within headquarters as well as local BP OEM Heads in the matrix.

**What part will you play?**
- Our Global Head of OEM for Building Products is responsible for the current and future success of the global OEM ventilation and air conditioning customer group
- Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to your team on priorities, objectives, and tasks. Help them to develop and deliver
- You establish a strong link to the global and regional sales organizations and secure their support
- Take ownership for the short
- and long-term strategic planning for the customer group. You continuously monitor the international market and competitive situation, derive business perspectives, and growth activities
- Translate the planning into aspiring yet realistic operational KPI’s and financial targets
- Develop close customer relationships, promote Building Products at high business level, and increase the visibility of Siemens equipment automation offerings
- and customer centered sales organization
**What you need to be successful**
Knowledge and Experience
- Your knowledge of sales management enables you to guide large teams and to design and execute Sales Strategies, Planning, Account Business Plans, and drive Digitalization. This is paired with enhanced technical competence
- Additionally, any insights in ongoing changes of the industry like XaaS or IoT based business models might help to further grow your portfolio
- We value knowledge. Any academic degree like an MBA or relevant to our industry is welcome
Soft Skills
- We are primarily interested in a hands-on minded sales leader, a person that serves as a role model for his or her team and is not shy of getting engaged in operations
- Experience working in international organizations, you are skillful in aligning with multiple stakeholders in a highly complex environment

- The readiness for global travels around 30% of your time
