Within our Smart Building Solutions team, we are looking for a global portfolio manager Building Management Systems (BMS) to shape the future of Building Management Solutions. In close collaboration with our sales and portfolio colleagues from our four Regions Europe, Americas, Germany and MEA you will drive success enhancing the offerings for our customers. The nature of this role means you will dive into various markets, teams and products.

**Your new responsibilities**
- Positioning of Building Management offerings for SI RSS based on market and competitor information, and strategical focus of SI RSS Regions
- Manage portfolio offering for SI RSS together with the colleagues in our Regions, ranging from simple BMS to multidiscipline management-station (fire, security, power) including integration of emerging grid services, (eMobility solutions) and needs of vertical markets
- Understand customer use-cases and user journeys, derive requirements, and set priorities in close collaboration with Building Products’ Business Unit
- Product ownership for complementary solution-/service-offering like BMSaaS
- Foster internal eco-system, exchange references and best practices between the Regions
- Accompany the portfolio and roll-out readiness and support product introduction

**What you bring along**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science or similar education, ideally combined with a further education in business studies
- Experience in portfolio management and go-to-market strategies for Building Management Systems on a global scale
- Understanding of the OT/IT integration and cloud software architectures
- Ability to build trust with internal and external partners, within an intercultural environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to customers, non-experts and senior management
- Proficient in communicating and presenting solutions in English. Any other European language is a plus
