Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Portfolio Manager, based in Zug with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The Portfolio Manager will bring with them and oversee their own client investment portfolios, conduct market research and analysis, develop and implement investment strategies, and manage trading activities to achieve optimal performance. Additionally, the role involves assessing client needs, making informed investment decisions, and providing expert financial advice while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Minimum

AUM target withing first 12 months of CHF 50m. Highly competitive package including profit share.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven investment decisions
  • Proficiency in Finance and knowledge of investments, including financial instruments and portfolio structures
  • Experience in Portfolio Management and Trading, with the ability to execute and oversee investment strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or equivalent are an advantage
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
