Within our Smart Building Solutions team, we are looking for a **Global Critical Environment (Innovation) Solution Manager**

In close collaboration with our Sales and Portfolio colleagues from our Regions you will drive success enhancing the offerings for our customers. The nature of this role means you will dive into various markets, teams and products

We are serving pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, universities, government research facilities, and industries all over the world with our solutions for critical environments. This market is waiting for your footprint

**Location**: This position can be based in Switzerland or any of our major SI RSS locations. Prerequisite is in any case your legal eligibility to work in the respective country and location
- *Your new responsibilities *_
- Portfolio management responsibility for critical environments, comprising controls, air terminal units and tools
- Understand customer pain points, use-cases, and user journeys and derive solutions and respective requirements in close collaboration with our regions
- Drive innovation together with customers, sales, product management and ecosystem partners through digitalization using our Smart-Lab pilot facility and Siemens Xcelerator
- Manage and enlarge partner ecosystem in Smart-Lab Solution
- Participate at customer events and present innovative critical environment solutions
- Represent Siemens at international industry associations and community organizations
- Estimated required travel is 25%

**What you bring along**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or similar education, ideally combined with a further education in Business Studies
- Substantial experience working in the building management and HVAC Control industry
- Passion for digitalization, understanding of the OT/IT integration, Cloud architectures
- Sales and business development experience is an advantage
- Ability to look beyond the customer requirements, challenge the status quo and find new innovative solutions to solve customer’s pain points
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, team-player and able to build trust with internal and external partners
- Flexibility to work in a constantly changing work environment and with a geographically distributed team
- Curious to learn with a strong growth mindset and passion for technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- German or any additional European language would be beneficial
