**Your main tasks**:
- Inspiring leadership of HW & SW team leaders in Switzerland and Barcelona
- Financial and personnel responsibility for the HW & SW Development department
- Responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling internal processes
- Effective coordination with other departments, particularly in project resource allocation
- Ensuring the flow of information and communication across all levels and external partners
- Shaping the continuous improvement of development processes, structures, and methods
- Actively expanding and developing the HW & SW department, including the advancement of its strategy
- Budget planning and meticulous cost monitoring
- Taking on project responsibilities
**Your profile**:
- Experienced leader with a successful track record of managing large engineering teams
- Customer-oriented within the B2B sector and possessing business-oriented mindset
- Practical experience in developing end-to-end solutions, including Embedded Systems, HW, Networks/IoT, and full-stack SW development
- Talent for coaching young team leaders
- Expertise in the Medtech industry and experience in product introduction, maintenance, and phase-out (Lifecycle Management)
- Effective and tailored communication skills
- Fluent in both English and German
- Strategic and conceptual thinking
- Willingness to travel 20-30% business to Barcelona for team leadership and support
