**Innovation Team Leader - Engineering | **80 - 100%**:

**Your main tasks**:
- Technical responsibility in the development of mechanical and electromechanical injection devices
- Lead a team of experienced mechanical engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members
- Innovate and cultivate product ideas, technical concepts, and detailed solutions
- Execute and validate concepts from ideation and initial prototypes to conclusive proof of concept
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders across business & strategy, usability, industrialization, and IP/ patents
- Contribute to pioneering technology and trend scouting endeavors
- Manage and cultivate collaborative efforts with external partners
**Your profile**:
- Higher education (university of applied sciences/ETH) in microengineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Demonstrated success in effectively driving innovation and achieve organizational goals
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product development in medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with product development and innovation methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or innovation management
- Deep knowledge in mechanical engineering, proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably NX Siemens)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Openness to new ideas, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
