**Your main tasks**:

- Define and refine the Digital Health product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall objectives and market needs
- Develop and maintain the Digital Health product roadmap to guide development efforts
- Prepare and run internal and external innovation workshops/sprints to co-create compelling digital health product ideas
- Be on top of market trends and generate competitor insights in the digital health space
- Identify new opportunities to enhance our Digital Health products and extend our Digital Health product portfolio
- Lead projects with our global pharma customers and external partners to create digital health / therapy management solutions that enhance therapy outcomes
- Manage and drive customer relations while liaising with our internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support business development activities such as creating slide decks, participate in customer meetings and attend conferences

**Your profile**:

- Education in Life Sciences with passion for technology or the opposite
- Prior experience of at least five years within Pharma or digital health startup is considered a plus
- Good knowledge of the digital health landscape and SaMD
- Project/product management and/or agile (scrum) experience is a plus
- Analytical and strategic capabilities with strong communication skills
- Positive and can-do attitude is a must, empathy and a sense of humor is a plus
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Based in Switzerland
