- Global Product Manager HumiLife 80-100% «Produktlebenszyklus»

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Strategische Planung und Steuerung des HumiLife-Portfolios über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
- Analyse von Marktanforderungen, Trend
- und Applikationsanalyse sowie Wettbewerbsanalyse in Schlüsselmärkten des verantworteten Produktsegments
- Produktdefinition, -positionierung und -spezifikation in Abstimmung mit Verantwortlichen aus den Verkaufsorganisationen
- Übernahme von Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten in Entwicklungsprojekten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitern
- Inhaltliche Führung der technischen Produktmanager innerhalb von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Durchführung von Trainings
- Erstellung und Kommunikation von Go-to-Market-Plänen und kontinuierliche Kontrolle des Marketing-Mix in Absprache mit den lokalen Marketingorganisationen
- Erarbeitung von technischen Dokumentationen, Fallstudien und der Markteinführung
- Messebesuche weltweit

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung und kaufmännische Weiterbildung
- Zusatzqualifikation/Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing oder Vertrieb
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Produktmanagement
- Planungserfahrung in der Lüftungs
- und Klimatechnik für Anwendungen in der Industrie oder dem öffentlichen Bereich wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
- Teamplayer und Persönlichkeit mit starker Marktorientierung
- Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten verbunden mit einer «Hands-on»-Mentalität
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Gestaltungswille
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%)
